We know you're excited to receive your Neshell Gifts treasures! Once your order is shipped from our San Antonio studio, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking FAQ

When will I get my tracking number?

Since our items are handmade, please allow 1-2 business days for us to craft and pack your order. As soon as it is scanned by the carrier (USPS or UPS), your tracking number will be sent to your email.

My tracking says "Label Created" but no updates?

This means your gift is ready and waiting for the carrier to pick it up or scan it at the sorting facility. Please check back in 24 hours for the first update.

Why is my order taking longer than a week?

While we aim for delivery within 3-7 business days, occasionally carriers experience delays due to weather or peak seasons. If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, please contact us at support@neshellgifts.com.
