1. Fast Shipping Commitment

We value your time. Unlike many handmade shops that take weeks, we maintain a small inventory of ready-to-ship items to ensure your order reaches you within 1 week (3-7 business days total from order to delivery).

We currently ship to all 50 states within the USA. All estimates below include our 1-2 business day processing time.

3. Courier & Postal Services

To ensure your crochet animals and flowers arrive in perfect shape, we partner with reliable carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service): Primarily used for Standard Shipping (Ground Advantage or Priority Mail).

  • UPS (United Parcel Service): Used for larger bundles or Expedited Shipping requests.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handcrafted, packed, and scanned by the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

How to check your status:

  1. Directly on our site: Visit our Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number.

5. Missing or Lost Packages

It is rare, but if your package goes missing, we are here to help!

  • Step 1: Please check around your property or with neighbors. Occasionally, carriers mark items as "Delivered" 24 hours before they actually arrive.

  • Step 2: If it has been more than 3 business days since the "Delivered" status with no package, please contact us immediately at support@neshellgifts.com.

  • Our Process: We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the item is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Shipping Process & Brand Promise

Each Neshell Gifts product is wrapped in protective tissue paper and placed in a sturdy box to prevent the crochet stitches from being crushed. Since we ship directly from 519 Como St, San Antonio, TX, we are able to maintain a fast, localized shipping process that supports our community.
